• the maintenance of a 100% rate of overcapacity on each of our links in order to be in a position to immediately meet a traffic peek, to reduce any network slowness and data loss, as well as, if necessary, upgrading a link or opening an additional line,
• a dynamic solution for a "Best Exit" routing.
