SERICO GmbH (formerly Abovenet Deutschland) is at the heart of Neo Telecoms' network infrastructure, and provide the NOC (Network Operation Center) services on a 24/7 basis for several countries in which the group is established. As Abovenet's network monitoring and exploitation entity for all Europe for several years, SERICO GmbH and its engineers team, who has all the necessary tools, capacities and professionalism for the provision of a high quality service. In Globalswitch's facilities in Frankfurt, SERICO also has a datacenter in which the entirety of the hosting, IP connectivity and servers exploitation services is provided. Through a metropolitan dark fiber network, the datacenter is connected to the Frankfurt exchange points, including the first IP exchange point in Germany, DE-CIX.

UPSTREAMNET GmbH (formerly Abovenet Austria) is Neo Telecoms' commercial representative for central Europe. It has hosting space in the center of Vienna and is connected to the VIX exchange points through optical fiber, exploitation services and IP connectivity. This presence in Vienna, at the heart of the European IP networks, enables Neo Telecoms to sell its services in central Europe, consequently strengthening its presence on emerging markets by means of partnerships with local operators.

BROADSERVICES SAS is a French company providing satellite IP connectivity services. A partner of Eutelsat, Broadservices has spatial bandwidth at its disposal on several satellites. Its services currently cover Europe and Africa. Broadservices' product list is extensive and includes send/receive equipment, switches, local distribution solutions (WiFi, Wimax, IP over electricity) as well as the management of the subscribers and the invoicing of the services per subscriber. Several dozens of clients have recourse to its services in France, including several local communities. The core of Broadservices' network is hosted in Neo Telecoms' Parisian datacenters and is linked to the terrestrial IP backbone and through dedicated links to the Eutelsat teleports.
