The Internet Service eXchangeTM is the model on which the ABOVENET network is based: the installation of high-quality infrastructures directly on the ABOVENET "One-Hop" backbone. The consumers (ISPs) and content producers (ASPs, Dotcoms, Hosts) then create a virtual forum to directly exchange information and services in maximal quality and performance conditions.

This well-tested concept is pursued by Neo Telecoms for its own hosting infrastructures under the designation of NXC (Neo eXchange Center).

Neo Telecoms' NXC PARIS 1 is located in the Redbus - Interhouse carrier hotel (130-136, boulevard de Verdun - Courbevoie Cedex). It covers a total surface of 500 m2 and is equipped with 52 U racks with double power supply.

Neo Telecoms' NXC PARIS 2 is located in the Telecity carrier hotel (EMGP site, building 254, 45 Avenue Victor Hugo, 93534 Aubervilliers Cedex). With a 100 m2 surface (extendable to 1000 m2) this space is equipped with 42 U racks with double power supply.

Neo Telecoms' NXC PARIS 3 is located in the Globalswitch carrier hotel (7 rue Petit à Clichy). Designed tp receive client dedicated cages, these premises are more business continuity oriented for major companies. Its available space is greater than 1500 m2.

• NXC1 and NXC2: 24/7 first level support service (reboot, IP monitoring, stoppage and restart of equipments, replacement of extractible components, tape or CD rotation, visual verifications of the connectivity status, commands input by means of a keyboard screen with remote guidance from the client).
