Sites interconnection

• The offer is built on the basis of proprietary optical fiber loops.
• Entrance in the connected facilities is made by double adduction. The service offer is therefore fully redundant with a view to limit the risk of any incident occurring.
• The links are fully managed and monitored on a 24/7 basis by the Neo Telecoms technical teams.
• The Restoring Time Warranty (RTW) is of 4 hours as of the time of notification of the incident by our technical teams.
• The client benefits from a connectivity ranging from 1 Mb/s to 1 Gb/s between two sites and provided from RJ45 Fast Ethernet ports or from Gigabit Ethernet interfaces with SC/PC connectors on each end of the Neo Telecoms switches.

(The cost to link the port allocated on the Neo Telecoms Switch to the client's equipment, located in the same datacenter shall either be borne by the client or be quoted for an additional setup fee)
