Neo Telecoms proposes to the client the use of its NeoWAN network in the form of transparent Ethernet interconnection between Paris, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Vienna and soon Luxembourg (hereinafter designated as PAR, LON, FRA, AMS, VIE and LUX - the IATA acronyms for these cities - see iata.org/codes).
Description of the services
Neo Telecoms shall reserve the client a certain bandwidth capacity on each circuit of its layer 2 international transporte network.
Each point to point link provision can (depending of the subscribed services) the provision of a backup circuit on the other parts of the loop. This redundancy warranties the continuity of the service, in the event of a breakdown of the main link.
The client will be allocated a gigabit Ethernet or Fast Ethernet port on each point except in Paris where Neo Telecoms will deliver an Ethernet port for each destination. This services is available from all Neo Telecoms POPs.

Available interfaces: Cisco catalyst 65xx switches based level 2 infrastructure, gigabit (SX, LX ou ZX) and fast Ethernet 100 BaseTX
Capacity: OC 48 or Gbit circuit, global available bandwith of 12 Gbits
The service is delivered on RJ45 or Gigabit ports with a guaranteed reserved bandwidth. No overbooking is made on the links.

Proposed Services
- Virtual private LAN service with a capacity ranging between 50 to 500 Mbps, without routing (private network) and with therefore no peering leap; optimal performance from end to end;
- Support of ALL protocol types (layer 2 network)
- VLan tunnelling (up to 4096 VLans per client)
- Delivery by Neo Telecoms of Abovenet transit on all sites (option)
- Direct access to the main European peering platforms (Linx, AMS-ix, Decix, Freeix) located in the datacenters hosting the NeoWan network to lower the interconnection costs.
